We have arrived in Tokyo after what has been a most pleasurable flight. Even though we had the cheapest tickets available (€540,- for a return ticket on a direct flight), we were upgraded to business class. That means that for the first time in my life I was able to actually sleep on the plane (Joost wasn’t so lucky, he hardly slept at all). And we had plenty of leg space, a wide selection of in flight movies and massage chairs ^_^ that were able to go almost horizontal. Thank you KLM!
We have taken the Narita-Express to Tokyo and Joost is amazed not only by the view but also by the thoroughness with which they cleaned the train (and the lack of cellphone coverage :p).
This is where our Excellent Adventure really, really, REALLY starts.
